O'Connor Resigns

This morning, Justice O'Connor sent a three-sentence resignation letter to President Bush. He responded by asking for a "dignified process of confirmation in the United States Senate, characterized by fair treatment, a fair hearing and a fair vote." Lordissa, this will be a firestorm.

So, let your congresspeople know what you think about this. In my circles, that means it's time to start the machine. Go make some noise.
